Shawl Ministry
This ministry knits shawls that are blessed and given to those who request them for comfort. We try to keep going on our own steam, and we are distributing shawls as requested… It amazes me to see the need for comfort— for this is what they are for— comfort and more Comfort, but really they are meant to be a reminder to take time out for prayer. The shawl as it is created, becomes a comfort and prayed over. Our knitters are dedicated to this ministry. We have people who have preference for a special yarn…. So the buy their own yarn to knit. We also have knitters who use the yarn that is given to us for our Ministry. We have gathering times when we knit together, sharing our joy for knitting.
For more information contact Lorene Carvin. We are always looking for new knitters and men are welcome!
Gardens of Christ Church

This can be a very calming and spiritual task renewing your spirit and at the same time giving back to the church. For more information
contact Helen or Joe.

Have you ever heard a church mouse? We are over run at Christ Church. That Tuesday morning craft group just keeps producing them. One more cute than the next. These mice have quite the history here at the church. For more information, please contact Janet Gladd.
